Chantelle Houghton Dumps Fiance & Baby-Daddy Alex Reid

Chantelle Houghton has broken off her engagement and relationship to Alex Reid.

The blonde beauty, who has a 10-week old baby girl named Dolly with the cage fighter, revealed to her followers on Twitter that their relationship has ended after he was arrested outside their home.

Chantelle tweeted, “Unfortunately I have had no option but to end my relationship with Alex.”

Alex was released without being charged after the incident, when he used force to enter the home they share on Wednesday morning.

Chantelle, who was previously married to Preston of the band Ordinary Boys, previously said that Reid needed to change the way he treats her and that they have “trust issues”.

Houghton said, “As much as I am strong I’m also really weal. Dolly is my strength, nothing can break me as long as I’ve got her. I’d do anything for Dolly. I’d die for her. Alex needs to change how he treats me. There are people on the outside meddling and we have trust issues, which need to be worked on.”

The couple have been dating for 16 months, and have had a tumultuous relationship from the beginning.

Chantelle Houghton was furious when she discovered Alex had been exchanging private Twitter messages with model Amy Willerton.

Alex was previously married to model and reality star Katie Price, but she dumped him before they were even married for a year.
