Kristin Chenoweth Talks About Suffering Skull Fracture On Set (VIDEO)

Kristin Chenoweth says she can no longer multi-task after she was injured on the set of “The Good Wife” in June.

The petite actress was rushed to the hospital after a huge lighting rig fell and hit her on the head, knocking her unconscious while filming the legal drama.

Chenoweth chose to leave the show, but admits she still struggles with the effects of her injury.

Kristin appeared on “Live with Kelly & Michael!” today, revealing, “I have a skull fracture and a rib issue and a hip issue. I’m just issue-ridden. But I’m getting better and I wear my neck brace on and off…

“I couldn’t really form a sentence very well after it happened. I’m the queen of multi-tasking – I’m not so good at that right now. And I’ll be like, ‘Oh mum, are you talking on that thing that you push… you, er…’ ‘The phone?’ ‘Yes’ So anyway that’s been interesting, but that’s been getting better. There’s still some pain and issues, but I just feel so blessed and lucky and grateful because it could have been a lot worse.”

Chenoweth regained consciousness for a few moments before being rushed to the hospital and she was pleasantly surprised to see her co-star Josh Charles by her side, “I woke up to the EMT workers and Josh Charles… he was holding my hand. He’s my angel. Isn’t he a great guy? I almost get emotional (thinking about it)… I will say he was there and he held my hand…”

Kristin Chenoweth adds that photographers were waiting to get a picture of her after the accident, adding, “I would have a hard collar on… and (the paparazzi) would come in and sneak pictures. I was like, ‘Really?’”
