Chad Lowe & Wife Kim Painter Welcome Second Daughter
Chad Lowe has become a father again after his wife Kim gave birth to a baby girl on Thursday night.
The 44-year-old “Pretty Little Liars” star and his wife welcomed their little bundle of joy in a hospital in Los Angeles.
The new arrival will be welcomed by her three-year-old sister Mable.
Chad said earlier this week that his family was getting ready for the new baby, saying, “It’s a very special time. I’m excited and Mabel is super excited. I’ve been out buying a lot of stuff to organize all the stuff we have. It’s amazing how much stuff babies need!”
The 44=year-old actor, who is the brother of actor Rob Lowe, said they’ve also been preparing Mabel to be a big sister.
He explains, “We’ve been introducing her to the concept and she seems to be very excited. She knows she’s got a big job and a lot of things to teach her sibling.”
Chad Lowe and Kim Painter married in May 2009.
The couple tied the knot in an intimate oceanside ceremony in front of family and a small group of friends at the Terranea Resort in Los Angeles.
Lowe was previously married to Oscar-winning star Hilary Swank for eight years before the couple split in 2006.
