Grammy Awards 2013 Nominees Announced!

Kanye West, Mumford & Sons, Jay-Z, Frank Ocean and The Black Keys Dan Auerbach have all landed a whopping six nominations for the 55th annual Grammy Awards 2013.

They were among those announced with the most nominations last night. Let’s see who else received a nod this year!

The Indie band fun. scored nominations in the four major categories for Record of the Year and Song of the Year for their single “e Are Young feat. Janelle Monae”, and Album of the Year for their debut “Some Nights”, and for Best New Artist.

Their singer Nate Ruess said, “Tonight, all I wanted to do was get up and really give it our all receiving the nomination is amazing and a culmination of hard work the three of us have put into this band.”

The other people up for Record of the Year include The Black Keys’ ‘Lonely Boy’, Kelly Clarkson’s ‘Stronger (What Doesn’t Kill You)’, Gotye’s ‘Somebody That I Used To Know’, and Taylor Swift’s ‘We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together’.

The 2013 Grammy’s will be hosted by LL Cool J and Taylor Swift, who tried her best at beatboxing:
