Lindsay Lohan’s Father Michael Lohan Seeking Conservatorship

Lindsay Lohan’s father is reportedly seeking a conservatorship for his troubled daughter.

Michael Lohan is convinced his daughter is still abusing alcohol and drugs and after a failed intervention on Friday, he is ready to go through the courts to get a conservator appointed to help guide his daughter.

Michael claims his daughter is hanging out with the wrong people, which includes his ex-wife and Lindsay’s mother, Dina Lohan.

Michael Lohan isn’t wanting to be the conservator like Jamie Spears did for his daughter Britney Spears. He is just asking the judge to have an appointed person who has legal control over Lindsay and her finances, so he won’t be accused of trying to get his hands on her money.

Lohan told his attorney he feels a conservatorship needs to be in place to convince them to send Lindsay to rehab.

Michael claims his troubled daughter has been “drinking between a bottle and a bottle and a half of vodka per day”, adding that he had seen “the empty bottles and even cocaine in her room at Chateau.”

Lindsay’s father claims every time Lindsay has been to rehab “she went in dirty and didn’t come out clean” and also blames the people surrounding Lindsay for fueling her addictions.

Many people have accused Michael of interfering in Lindsay’s life in an attempt to become famous, but his intervention on Friday actually had the full backing of Lindsay’s lawyers and manager.

Michael’s intervention on Friday failed because Lindsay called the police on the “trespassers”.

Lindsay Lohan is now reportedly seeking a restraining order against her father to stop him from interfering in her life.
