“Puck” From “The Real World” In Prison For Stalking
David “Puck” Rainey, who became infamous for being the most obnoxious character on MTV’s “The Real World”, has been tossed in the slammer for crazy stalking action.
“Puck” was a member of the cast for the show’s third season in San Francisco in 1994 is now serving a two-year sentence in a California prison.
There are not many details on his case but a two-year sentence in prison for stalking is pretty hefty, leading us to believe he violated a restraining order.
The 44-year-old former reality star pleaded “no contest” to stalking charges in April and received his sentence in September.
He is now serving his prison term at Wasco State Prison in California. He was given 401 days credit for time already served.
Of course, this isn’t the first trouble with the law for Rainey.
In 2009, he was sentenced to one year in prison for battery charges against his girlfriend. Just a year later he was popped for driving under the influence. Then in 2011 “Puck was arrested again for domestic violence.
Rainey’s criminal record isn’t too surprising with his track record while he was featured on “The Real World: San Francisco” in 1994.
The former bike messenger was a constant trouble-maker, prompting nasty altercations with his fellow cast members.
“Puck” was known for blowing snot records anywhere he pleased and would eat peanut butter out of the cast’s communal jar after picking his nose.
He was also the first cast member to get kicked off the show after being a total d*ck to his roommate that had AIDS and worked to educate people about the disease.
Rainey was quoted as saying “Good riddance” when his roommate passed away a year later.
