Gerard Depardieu Arrested For Drunken Crash…On Scooter!

Gerard Depardieu was arrested by the cops in Paris for driving his scooter while he was a drunken mess on Thursday.

The French actor was taken into custody after crashing his scooter and was found to be extremely intoxicated.

Police took Depardieu into the station to check his blood alcohol level, which was found to be 1.8 grams per liter and the maximum limit in France is 0.5.

The “Asterix & Obelix: On Her Majesty’s Service” actor may face being charged with a misdemeanor after he sobers up.

The former “Green Card” star got into a wreck and fell from his scooter, injuring his elbow. The 63-year-old actor was the only one injured in the minor accident.

This isn’t the first strange incident for the star, who in August 2011 decided to take a piss in the aisle of an airplane aboard an Air France flight. The strange incident forced the plane to land and left other passengers shocked.

In August, a complaint was filed by a motorist in Paris after the actor collided with him while on his scooter and then hit the pedestrian in the face.

Gerard Depardieu has been seen in movies such as “Green Card” and “Babylon A.D.”. He can been seen in the film “Life of Pi”. this year.

Depardieu received a Best Actor award for his role in “Green Card” at the Golden Globe Awards in 1991.
