The palace confirmed today that Kate Middleton has given birth to a baby boy. While we wait for the first photo of the royal baby, let's take a look back at the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge as kids, including William's first photo op with Princess Diana and Prince Charles on the steps of the St. Mary's Hospital in London, the very same steps he and Kate are expected to debut their little one either tomorrow when she is released from the hospital or later this week.
