Angelina Jolie and her son Maddox jetted off to London on Sunday after the actress wrapped up work in LA. Before her trip with her eldest child, Angelina made an appearance at the D23 Expo on Saturday to promote her upcoming flick, Maleficent. The mother-son trip to England may have been part of a belated birthday celebration for Maddox, who turned 12 last Monday. Maddox wasn't with Brad Pitt and Angie when they traveled to Tokyo for work obligations earlier this month. Recently, Maddox had a scary brush with a stranger who was caught breaking into his family's car at a paintball arena parking lot in LA.
