Katherine Heigl Returning To ‘Grey’s Anatomy’?

Could Izzie really return to Grey’s Anatomy given how she left? We have heard news from E! that Katherine Heigl wants to come back to Grey’s because she “really, really, really” wants to see where her character Izzie ended up. Is this just her own desire or the hint at a new storyline?
