Demi Moore & Ashton Kutcher Never Legally Married?

Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher split a year ago, but they still haven’t filed for divorce yet.

Ashton has now moved on and is dating his former “That 70′s Show” co-star Mila Kunis.

Moore officially stated her relationship with the “Two and a Half Men” star was over last November, after he was caught cheating on her on their sixth wedding anniversary.

So, why haven’t Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher filed for divorce by now?

There is speculation that their 2005 wedding was a symbolic Kabbalah ceremony and not an actual legal marriage ceremony.

Moore and Kutcher’s Kabbalah wedding took place at the couple’s Beverly Hills home in September 2005 in front of guests such as Demi’s ex=husband Bruce Willis, Wilmer Valderama, Lucy Liu, and Soleil Moon Frye.

The National Enquirer reports that Mila Kunis, who is currently dating Ashton, has been telling her friends that Kutcher and Moore were never married.

A source revealed, “Mila’s now saying she and Ashton want to marry and raise children, and she’s assured stunned pals that he doesn’t need a divorce from Demi because the two were never legally wed in a civil ceremony. They got ‘hitched’ in a symbolic Kabbalah ceremony.”

Demi Moore’s reps have no responded to the reports.
