Kristen Stewart stepped out of a car and into a restaurant in Paris this evening. She changed into a striped top and loafers for the meal after attending Balenciaga's Fashion Week runway presentation in printed pants and a neon jacket earlier today. Kristen is the face of the brand's fragrance and posed with Salma Hayek before taking her front-row seat. Kristen traveled to France without boyfriend Robert Pattinson, though she did have a few friends along for her night out. News that Kristen and Rob are living together again broke this week, but we have yet to see the duo out as a couple since the cheating scandal over the Summer.
